The most flexible ticket exchange policy in town!

Easy Exchanges

Only subscribers can exchange their tickets (in person, by phone, or online) up to one hour before their scheduled performance - with no additional fee!

Exchanges are subject to ticket availability, so we do recommend making arrangements as early as possible. In order to provide convenient rescheduling of performance dates, six-play subscribers must exchange into another performance of the same play. Flex Play holders may exchange between shows. Plus, if a last-minute schedule conflict arises, subscribers may call the Box Office at any time before their scheduled performance to turn their tickets back in for a tax deduction.

Missed Your Show?

Subscribers can exchange their unused tickets for a complimentary "walk-in pass" for another performance of the same production (subject to available seating - valid one time per season) or use them to purchase tickets to another performance of the same production for 50% off. Restrictions do apply, so please call the Box Office for details.

*Please Note: Ticket prices vary according to subscription plans and performance dates. If you exchange into a higher-priced performance, you will be charged the appropriate difference in price.
