SUBSCRIBER EXCHANGES
Subscribers will have the opportunity to exchange or purchase additional tickets as soon as you receive your subscription tickets in the mail. Flex Plan subscribers may also begin reserving seats for any performance in the 2025/2026 season during this time. Tickets may be exchanged or purchased over the phone at 412.316.1600, in person at the Theater Square Box Office, or online at PPT.ORG. Be sure to use your subscriber discount code when purchasing additional tickets.
EXCHANGING YOUR TICKETS IS EASY
Step 1: Call or visit the Theater Square Box Office, and provide the account number listed on your ticket.
Step 2: With the assistance of the Theater Square Box Office, you will determine an alternate seat location and date. Once you have confirmed the new date and location, your seats will be exchanged, and your original seats will be available for immediate resale. Your new tickets will either be mailed to you or held at the Box Office for pick-up.
Please note: Ticket prices vary according to subscription plans and performance dates. If you exchange into a higher-priced performance, you will be charged the appropriate difference in price. There are, however, no refunds for moving into a lower-priced performance.

FLEX PLAN
Flex vouchers may be redeemed for any performance of any production in the 2025/2026 season (excludes limited engagements and other special presentations).
TO REDEEM YOUR FLEX PLAN COUPONS
By Phone
We recommend you reserve your tickets in advance by calling the Box Office at 412.316.1600 during regular business hours to request a performance date and time. We will always offer you the best seats available for the performance you choose. Subscribers can either provide the ticket number from each Flex voucher redeemed or, if time permits, subscribers can mail in one Flex voucher per ticket requested. If there is sufficient time, we will mail your tickets to you. If not, the tickets will be held at the Box Office for pick-up the day of the performance.
Online
To redeem your Flex vouchers online, visit PPT.ORG/FLEXPLAN and sign in. You must have your Cultural District account information available to complete the transaction.
In Person
Redeem your vouchers at the Box Office during regular business hours. For fastest service, be sure to bring your vouchers with you.
RESERVED PRE-PAID PARKING
Parking passes are available through the Theater Square Box Office at 412.316.1600.
Lost or stolen vouchers are not replaceable. Vouchers are valid weekdays after 4:00 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Pre-paid subscription parking is not available for the Thursday Matinee Series or for Flex Subscriptions.
To use your new pre-paid parking voucher, please follow these easy steps:
1. Enter the Theater Square Garage and take an entry ticket from the machine. Don't lose this ticket! Don't worry if the garage is full - you have a short-term lease. Show your pre-paid parking voucher to the attendant at the gate or enter as normal if no attendant is present.
2. When you return to the Theater Square Garage after the show, you do not have to stop to pay in the lobby. Proceed to your car and at the exit, scan your entry ticket at the machine at the exit gate. Then, scan your pre-paid parking voucher, which will work as your "payment" for parking.
3. When the gate raises, you can leave the garage and discard both the ticket and your used parking voucher.
4.If you have any trouble, just find an ALCO Parking attendant and ask for assistance. Do not use your own money to pay for parking if you have a pre-paid parking voucher!
